Dwellworkshop/Lundell Architects focuses on providing uncompromising design services for private home owners, developers and builders. We understand the realities of costs and the benefits of appropriate and authentic designs. Founded by Architect Robert Lundell, we have over two decades of experience in both architecture and product design. Our group takes a collaborative approach engaging owners, craftsman, design consultants, builders and developers into a pleasant and responsible journey.
Services
Architectural Design
Our group provides full design services for single family residences, multi-family projects, resort customs and apartment/condo projects.We engage professional consultants under one contract.We can also provide strictly architectural design services pending the scope of work required by the client.
Owners Representation
We will provide full construction administration services for owners, developers, banks and commercial clients. Providing construction observation, pay requests and bank draw review, design and construction compliance.
Product Design
We can provide 3 D modeling and overall concept and product design.
